7 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 7 years ago

Hello, I am using siteorigins page builder plugin. When I create row and add a background image, the image is distorted when viewed in landscape mode, ipad pro. I am using Safari and Chrome browers.

This issue does not manifest itself when the website is viewed on a phone.

The website is www.zyrae.com

Siteorigins team, please help resolve this issue.

    Hi Elija,

    This is as a result of theme styling. You can fix this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Please add the following CSS:

    @media (max-width: 1024px) {
    	.panel-row-style[data-hasbg="hasbg"] {
    		background-attachment: : scroll !important;
    	}
    }

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.

    Alex S, Thanks for your response. The solution did not work. The code has been added and the result can be viewed on the website – http://www.zyrae.com on an ipad in landscape mode.

    Please let me know how this issue will be fixed.

    Have a great day!

    Best Regards,
    Elija

    Hi Elija,

    Can you please clarify the specific iPad device you’re using?
    Also, can you please send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? We’re currently unable to process attachments at this time, so you’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.
