PayPal Express Checkout not display on product page and details pages

Hi,
I m using WordPress 4.7.5 running Vantage Child and woocommerce.
After installation of PayPal for WooCommerce PLUGIN, and setup paypal express checkout for testing with sandbox
However i found a few issue:

1. I have ticked -button to show on product page and details page, but it NEVER show
I m not sure if this is theme issue or conflict?
Please advise

    Hi Joe,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?=
    You can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
