I just got an e-mail that my payment for the use of the vantage premium theme got canceled!?
I’m not sure what the problem was- is there a way to anew the payment for my specific
order-number? It would be quiete inconvenient for my customer if the theme would change
back to the basic features. I hope we can find a solution for this problem.

Sorry, not sure what happened there. Checking now.
A refund would just mean your order number wouldn’t work for updates anymore, no risk of the theme rolling back to free though.

Greg took a look now. Your payment was via eCheck. We didn’t cancel or take any action so it’s possible it was rejected at a banking level. Any chance you could make a payment in PayPal to [email protected] for $15? Alternatively you could use your credit card for the same amount here: https://gumroad.com/l/nnpF.

Of course I can make a new payment via PayPal on an instant-
is there anything to consider to keep my order-number? like a specific intended use?
That’ll be great, thanks. We haven’t cancelled your order number so it’s still valid. Our license covers a single production website, up to you where you’d like to use it at any one time.
