Pass parameters to embedded Vimeo Video with Site Origin Widgets

Hi,

Thank you for the great plugin.

I am trying to embed a video using Site Origin Widgets in the Page Builder. I want the Vimeo video to be embedded without the title and this can be achieved when the URL has parameters passed on (byline/title etc.). However, these details are stripped out when the final iframe code is rendered.

Can you please help?

    Hi Ramesh,

    Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

    To clarify, does this occur when using the text widget?
    Does disabling the “Automatically add paragraphs” setting (it’s below the editor) help with this?
    Does using the text widget work?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification. I was using the “SiteOrigin Video Player” widget and that it where I get the problem. However, you have given me the option of using the text widget and it really helped. I embedded the video with the iframe code and it worked as I wanted.
