    I think there may be a conflict with the plug-ins parrallax, and the theme´s built in parralax? But it´s strange, because on friday it was working, but now not.

    Same thing happened to me…. so weird, I am currently working on fixing this. If I figure something out I will let you know.

    Hi everybody,

    Awkwardly, this is an issue with the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder (2.4.8). This will be fixed and patched very, very shortly. Sorry guys. :( The only real workaround at this time is to downgrade to the previous version of the plugin, 2.4.6.

    Hi,

    Do we know when this will be fixed?

    2.4.6 is no longer working for me now.

    IT seemed to stop after saving a google map reference…..what could be the connection here?

    Hi Redline,

    I currently do not have an ETA.

    That sounds like a plugin conflict (meaning it would happen even if the update was out) if it suddenly stopped working after updating something else. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? I should be able to tell you more by looking at your website as it sounds like a frontend issue.

    You mistakenly updated to the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder, 2.4.8. Please follow the previous steps outlined to downgrade again. Very sorry about this.

    Hi Alex,

    Don´t worry it´s fine…. I installed lightbox plug-in and it screwed everything up.

    I downgraded to 4.6 and it´s fine.

    I have the same problem but how do i downgrade? I tried to instal the 2.4.6. from the zip file, but i get “Destination folder already exists.
    Plugin install failed.

      Hi LiSkynd,

      Navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins, find and deactivate SiteOrigin Page Builder. Then find and delete it. Go up to the top of the page and click Add NewUpload Plugin. Upload and activate version 2.4.6 of SiteOrigin Page Builder. You can download 2.4.6 here.

        I am still kind of new to WP and i am not sure if deleting the PageBuilder will delete all work i have done using it …!?

          Your data will remain intact after deleting the plugin.

            Ok, thanks.
            But hey, i was just gonna do it but now i noiced there is an upddate 2.4.9. which says

            “”Improved parallax library to upscale images to ensure enough of a parallax.””

            do you know if the parallax got fixed already?

            Hey, thanks for all the help. I have now downgraded the PageBuilder cause even though the plugin got fixed, the parallax effect is not same anymore.

    Delete the current version, then upload 2.4.6 again.
