Parent menu item background changes on submenu item hover

Hello Vantage team,

hope all of you are having a great day! Its thanksgiving in some places of earth so happy thanksgiving if you are at any of them.

We come to you with the following issue; we are working on http://www.casanubori.com/ as you can see the main menu is transparent but when you hover on a submenu item, the parent item turns white.

How can we deactivate the background color on submenu item hover?
How can we make the submenu transparent?
