Parallax tuning

Good day, SiteOrigin Team. I’d like to know how to create parallax effect with a row together with widgets on it. I use the North-SiteOrigin Theme. I created a row and assigned a background image to it. Than a put editor widget on this row and write some text in it. Below the first row I created the second row with the image grid widget. For the second row I chose Edit row -> Design -> Parallax (Original Size). Parallax was working as expected. First row with a background was unmoved but the text I wrote in the editor widget from the first row was scrolling together with a scroll of the second row. How to make a content of the first row to be unmoved during the scroll of the second row?
