Parallax on Mobile

I have parallax background for some of the rows on my homepage, and it works on desktop but not mobile: https://taylormartinmedia.com/imi/

I also noticed that the parallax works on mobile when it’s the cell background but not the row background.

    It looks like you’re using Visual Composer, did you perhaps change plugins since posting?
