Parallax Hero Image Glitch
Hello,
I have set a Hero Background Image to Parallax Display. This is how it shows up when I load the page:

This is how it should show up:

The problem fixes itself as soon as I scroll down the page, but I need it to display properly upon page load.
Let me know if there’s a solution for this.
Thanks,
Brooke Schelar

5Hi Brooke
Thanks for reaching out.
Are you adding a parallax background image using the right column widget styles in the Hero widget? The Hero widget doesn’t natively offer parallax that I’m aware of, at least not at the moment. If you could send a link to a test page showing the issue, we could take a further look.

Thanks. One idea might be to create a test page, click on Page Builder, click Prebuilt, clone the home page and then remove the Hero widget, instead insert a SiteOrigin Editor widget and use the Add Media button to insert your image. Finally, edit the row and click the Attributes field on the right. Enter the following in the CSS Styles field:
Does that load any differently?
Yup! Thank you!
Super :) Glad to hear you’ve made progress.
