But if I upload image i can see only a boxed image.

To make an image background full width, edit the row concerned, click Row Layout in the right column and make sure it’s set to Full Width.
Unfortunately, we have a legacy challenge in Vantage that prevents Page Builder built in Parallax from working. You could consider using a third-party parallax plugin to assist:

i think i mean the problem.
In vantage theme version 1.4.2 there is a tab [design] in the row option that allow background image with parallax effect configuration that i can't found in new version.

Unfortunately, Page Builder Parallax does not work in Vantage at the moment. Apologies for the hassle.
