Paragraphs tags are stripped from Page Builder Editor

So what happens is this: when I try to edit some text, 1) when I enter the editor, it always defaults to the Visual tab, even though the last time I used the Text tab. That might be normal but I have another website and it always defaults to the Text tab… And 2) for some reason, wherever I use a straight tag, the next time I edit the text, the tag has been removed (doesn’t matter if I check “Automatically add paragraphs” or not – but if it’s unchecked, then even if I add the tags, it strips them when I save and the text doesn’t format properly, it’s very frustrating).

I’m not sure why it does that because on another one of my sites, it just doesn’t…

If I do a then the tag does not get removed…

img tags apparently don’t get removed…

So the confusing part is that it does it on one of my websites but not on the other… and I don’t really remember doing anything different… I’d appreciate any help, thanks! This is driving me crazy…

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Olivier,

    1. That’s a display bug. This should be fixed in an upcoming SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle update.

    2. This is actually normal so I’m not too sure why it works on your other site – the editor will remove the paragraph upon changing mode or saving – unless the paragraph has a class attached. To clarify, how are you adding the paragraph on the other site? Based on your description of the issue, it doesn’t sound like you’re adding it to a SiteOrigin Editor widget.
