Paid for Prigami Premium, won´t update

Hey,

I just paid for and tried to install the origami premium for my wordpress site.

I click the ” I have already paid”-button, paste in my code and update the theme, but there doesn´t seem to be any change.

When I go into theme settings and try to enable the settings that come with the premium upgrade I just get redirected to the site where I can either buy the upgrade or yet again click the ” I have already paid”-button, and I start the process all over again.

I initially bought the upgrade because I was hoping for it to be a solution for a problem I had after a wordpress update where my header image disappeared and I can´t put it in again with this because i get this message “While you can crop images to your liking after clicking Add new image, your theme recommends a header height of 0 pixels.”.

This is really doing my head in, I´ve been struggeling with the Origami Theme and the premium upgrade all day now, and it´s super frustrating that nothing works.

    Hi Stella

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

When you upgrade from Appearance > Origami Premium > Already Paid? be sure to insert your order number from SiteOrigin and not your PayPal transaction ID. When you click Enable Upgrade the upgrade should run. You can check the result by going to Appearance > Themes. Hover over Origami and click Theme Details, it’ll say if you’re using Origami Premium.

If auto-upgrade fails please, upgrade manually. You’ll find a link to download the theme ZIP file in the order confirmation email sent from SiteOrigin. Instructions are also included.

Our tutorial on upgrading manually can be found here: https://siteorigin.com/basics/updating-theme-from-zip/.

Let us know how you come along. Once you’ve sorted your upgrade out we can assist with the header issue described above.
