Paid for premium but can’t use the addons

I, I have purchased siteorigin premium version and paid with paypal but, it doesn’t seem to be working at all.. do you think there was any problem with Paypal payments?

    Hi Eugenia,

    Did you install Siteorigin Premium?
    If so, did you activate the Premium addons by navigating to WP AdminSiteOriginPremium Addons?

    If so, can you please elaborate on what’s not working?

    By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
