Many of the pages at our site alabastercityfest.com including the homepage are built using page builder. Recently, the rows/widgets in the editor have gone away, and only the visual/text editor remains. We are unable to update these pages using the visual/text editor, even though the editor shows changes, the pages don’t actually update.
This is what we see in the editor instead of page builder:

Theme Trust runs a fork (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder so we’re unable to help you due to the version differences. We recommend contacting Theme Trust directly. I’ve heard that Theme Trust has a fix out for this so I would definitely recommend contacting them about this issue.
