I have a problem with pages showing up already scrolled down and the page title and part of the text are hidden by the header.
How can I solve this? (not really adding spaces at the beginning of the page content…)

Are you using Page Jump? If not, Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
If you are, try enabling North’s Smooth Scroll functionality. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsNavigation and tick Smooth Scroll. How does that look?

I am not using Page Jump. You can check at http://www.tbitalia.org . Some of the pages, especially the first one in the first menu, show up already scrolled down so that the stretched row with the title that I have set up is already hidden. Some other pages don’t.
(btw) another issue in the home page when loading the stretched row that holds the slider doesn’t immediately have the height of it’s content (have a wide monitor to check this as the parallax background won’t show up otherwise) but only adapts to it when scrolling.

P.S. Smooth scrolling is on.
And the partial scroll down happens only on Safari, other browsers work fine. I have no extensions on Safari except LastPass and ADBLockPlus

On pages randomly except for the home. If I refresh the page it shows it correctly.

You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.

To clarify, did you remove the CSS? I ask as I can’t seem to see it in your markup. If you did, can you please add it back so I can check why it’s not taking effect?
If you didn’t, do you have a page cache plugin? If so, can you please clear it? Please note that you’ll also need to clear your browser cache.

Oh! Sorry about that! Just to confirm, this issue still occurs, right?
If the issue doesn’t occur anymore, let me know and I’ll figure out how to get it working as desired without the noticeable design issue.
If it still occurs, please remove the previously provided CSS. Then please temporarily remove the SiteOrigin headline widget. Alternatively, please move it to the bottom of the page. Does this issue still occur?
It still does, it might have to do with some delay in loading elements of the page, my server is not lightning fast and sometimes even the home page slider is sort of skipped, if I reload the page it shows up. Then again as
I mentioned it only happens with safari and not firefox nor chrome.

by the way, I removed the extra css now.

If I move the First row to the bottom it doesn't happen anymore.
First row is as follow:
1 column, full width stretched, background image in parallax.
Inside the row:
SiteOrigin Headline, 40px top padding, 0 for the other 3 sides, no bkg.

By the way, an amazing feature would be the ability to copy and paste a row or widget with their settings and content to the clipboard and paste them back in another page without going thru the 'layouts' button hassle. (for example a copy/paste feature in the row wrench menu). I am thinking this at the idea of eventually having to replace all the first rows for the pages

Regarding the SiteOrigin Headline, did you set a font-size or is FitText being used to automatically work out the font-size? Does changing to a different font help?

That’s actually possible in 2.5. :)
Although, it’s all done through the context menu. Simply right-click a row or widget and select the desired action.

Well the Headline is using the H1 tag with default theme font and no specified size.
Changing to Fit Text doesn't make any difference.

Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.

Can you please set a value for the headline font-size, line-height and top and bottom margin to see if this issue still occurs? If you’re not too sure what to use, just use a placeholder value as this is purely for testing.
