Pages not updating with

Hey! So I’ve been making changes to two pages that were created with Page Builder, but they weren’t updating.

1. Thought it was a cache problem. Erased all browser cache & history on Chrome & Safari, but still didn’t update.
I use W3 Total Cache and tried clearing cache and deactivating the plug-in. Didn’t update.

2. Noticed both pages were using Page Builder (other pages w/o PB were able to update). Tried disactivating Page Builder plugin. Pages updated! But when I activated again, it reverted to the old changes.

I love Page Builder & don’t want to lose it!
How can I fix this change?

Also, when trying to edit the site, the Page Builder tab hasn’t been appearing (it just says Visual, Text, and nothing else).

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Yoojin

Thanks for posting. This isn’t a problem we’ve come across before. I’m not immediately sure what the issue is. One option might be to clear cache and then completely delete the caching plugin for the moment to rule it out.

If Page Builder isn’t appearing, check that it’s activated for pages at Settings > Page Builder. If it is, then it’s possible a plugin conflict (JavaScript related, often) is stopping Page Builder from loading. If that is the issue you’d need to run a plugin conflict test which is outlined below:

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

You can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
