    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Evrimkanbur

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Andrew,

I have demo content that has pages built with site origin and the ones that built by another pluging. The only problem I am having is the ones built by siteorigin plugin. I have deactivated and then , cleared my cache and activated each plugin and still having the same issue throughout with every page that is built with siteorigin. I am extremely behind my schedule with this error and still continues and I am missing business opportunities every day when my website is not up and running. I’d really appreciate your help to solve this issue and move forward. I am looking forward to hear from you.

Hi, thanks for the feedback :) It doesn’t sound like the plugin conflict test was correctly carried out. The objective is to find a working baseline. When all non-SiteOrigin plugins are deactivated, did you test the issue? Only if the issue is resolved would you reactivate other plugins one by one testing the problem after each activation? If the issue wasn’t resolved with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated then there isn’t any reason to reactivate your other plugins one by one. Let us know how that goes.
