    Hi Anthony

If Page Builder is showing under Plugins please delete it. If you have access to your hosting via FTP please head to /wp-content/plugins/ if there is a siteorigin-panels folder there please delete it. Then try re-installing from Plugins > Add New.

I delete from the pulgins and try again, not working

I’m steting up my company, and I’m passing by a company who provide me a package (registration, bank,… and web site) so they just send me a mail with a full list of http adress, login and password

When i try the FTP adress this is the reply:

“This is the placeholder for domain juno.ch-dns.net. If you see this page after uploading site content you probably have not replaced the index.html file.
This page has been automatically generated by Plesk. ”

also the URL of the site is http://mylaundryconsulting.com/wordpress_5/
I watched all the tutorial and help page for WordPress, but really don’t understand :-(

    Hi,

I am sorry but I have the same problem and I don’t seem able to fix it :(.

    I have the same message:

    “Downloading install package from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/siteorigin-panels.2.1.2.zip…
    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Destination folder already exists. /web/crowdsconsultin/www/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/
    Plugin install failed.
    Return to Plugin Installer”

I also downloaded the .zip file and uploaded it on my plugin “add new” page but it does not work…

    “Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    Destination folder already exists. /web/crowdsconsultin/www/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/
    Plugin install failed.”

Unfortunately I am new at WordPress and don’t know what a FTP is…

I am working with Maskitto Light theme by Shufflehound, which is great, but I think that I can’t set the homepage without your plugin, Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

    Is there a solution :)?

Please tell me if I should create a new post.

      Hi Ana

Most hosting control panels have a file manager. You can use your hosting file manager to navigate your server. Go to wp-content/plugins/ and delete the ‘siteorigin-panels’ folder.

If you struggle with this please ask your hosting company for help.

For further assistance, please open a new thread:

      Thanks :)
