Pages begin and end with a masthead

I am a novice at WordPress as well as a senior graphic designer working as a freelancer with one online graphic design tool. As my question indicates, I would like to set it up so that I have an always-present masthead on all the pages of the website I want to build. It is important to me in terms of what I want to be able to do. I appreciate your help very much.

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

    Vantage offers a sticky menu but, unfortunately, doesn’t offer a sticky header. You could consider our Corp theme for a sticky header.
