Pagebuilder & Widgets bundle causing white / blank screen / loading screen

Hi there, I recently purchased and activated the Icoach Pro theme from Indigo which mainly uses the Pagebuilder and Widgets bundle from SiteOrigin. When I go to the main page, or a few others like “about me” or “pricing” it gives me a white / blank screen stuck on loading.

Here’s what I’ve tried:

1. Disabling all other plugins. It’s definitely these 2, and no others. If I disable them, or disable 1 of the 2, the site loads but its all scrambled and unformatted.

2. Adding the define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); to the wp-config.php file.

3. Clearing memory cache.

4. Activating the define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false); to ‘true’.

Same results.

Hi James,
To confirm, does this issue occur if only SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle are the only plugins active? If so, does this issue occur if you temporarily change to a different theme? If so, are you using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder (2.5.12) and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (1.9.10)?
