I can manage to open the widgets but the attributes panel on the right will not load.
It just shows the circle loading animation.
I had my Cpanel reset after a breach and tried to create a new wordpress page but am unable to insert and any widgets.
I did have a PHP Memory issue but deleted my browser cache, optomized my databases and it will not seem to load.
Any ideas?

Based on the circumstances, I suspect your hosting provider has made a few security changes on your account. Said security changes have likely resulted in this issue. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and asking if you’re being blocked by mod_security. If so, can they whitelist you.
If you aren’t being blocked, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
