PageBuilder trouble with Sydney theme

Hi there,
After last update, I’m no more able to modify the page content at www.annaschivazappa.com/about via the PageBuilder editor. Are you able to determine what is going on?
Thank you very much,

Best regards

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Skywa,

Are you seeing the Block Editor (ie. Gutenberg) when you open the page? Or do you see something else? If something else, can you please show me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments at this time so you’ll need to upload the image to a third party image hosting site like vgy.me or Imgur.

Regardless, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    Hi Alex,

Thank you very much for your quick response. This is what I get when I try to modify the text widget in my “about” page : https://vgy.me/AHMORA.png
I tried to disable all pugins except from PageBuilder and to clear the caches afterwards, but it didn’t work, unfortunately.
I really appreciate any help you can give me!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Skywa,

That appears to be a version of your home page. Typically when that happens it’s due to the server blocking the request – this is a false positive. Can you please reach out to your hosting provider and ask if they’re using something like mod_secuity? If so, are you getting blocked? You may need to provide your hosting provider with login details so they can track down the offending rule.

    Hi Alex,

You were right, I contacted the provider and they told me there was a Modsecurity rule triggered for the domain; now everything works.
Thank you very much for your help!
