PageBuilder tab not appearing

Hey,
this is an odd error, some clients are not able to see the pagebuilder tab on their computer

they have pagebuilder checked on screen options, wordpress is up to date and everything
it appears on mine & other clients login & computers in the same office

I’ve checked on multiple browsers as well.

I’m assuming theyre missing a java plugin on their actual individual computers?
any ideas?

    Hi Craig,

    Are you viewing the page builder correctly with a different account? If so, it’s possible the user has the Visual Editor disabled. Get them to navigate to WP AdminUsersYour Profile and ensure that the Visual Editor setting isn’t ticked (that will disabled). If it is, get them to try accessing the page builder in a different browser to rule out a browser issue.

    To clarify, there are no Java requirements for SiteOrigin Page Builder.

    Thanks Alex,

    annoyingly it turned out the client was using an old version of firefox (which I had asked already)

    so this is resolved, but thanks for the information, thats good to know
