siteorigin PageBuilder Tab doesn’t show up on the page. besides, siteorigin PageBuilder renders the page’s screen options unclickable.
we cannot edit anything that we built using page builder. it sucks big time, buddy!
we have disabled all the plugs except siteorigin PageBuilder. same thing!
we have disabled the theme we were using and switched to wp twenty seventeen. same thing!
we have used another browser to login. same thing!
we use the latest WordPress Version 4.9.4.
we use Page Builder by SiteOrigin Version 2.6.2.
any idea? thanks in advance.

That’s odd. Hm. Can you please click the Screen Options link on a page where it won’t work, and then could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
Also, are you able to click the Add Media button on a regular post?

the “add media” button doesnt work. nothing happened when we clicked on the button.
besides, in “appearance=>widgets”, the screen options tab is not clickable i.e. nothing happened when it was clicked on. then none of the widgets that have been created on the right works i.e. nothing happened when they were clicked on. the same goes for the available widgets on the left.

Thanks. Based on what you’ve stated this sounds like a general issue with your assets. Please create a backup and then navigate to WP AdminDashboardUpdates. Click Re-install Now and once complete, please clear your browser cache. Does this issue remain?
