PageBuilder stopped working on a site

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

After upgrading to PHP 7.3 PageBuilder do not appear in the menu upon editing pages. I have upgraded the theme (X) and tried to disable plugins. Nothing works. I seems whatever I try, PageBuilder is permanently disappeared.

I have lot of other sites with no problems. They are all runned with PageBuilder which has been a reliable workhorse for many years. Any suggestions on how to solve this, anyone?

    Hi Jarle

Sorry to hear about the hassle.

Please, try temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and switching to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen. The goal is to find a working baseline.

If a working baseline can’t be found:

    1. Replicate the issue, check for JS errors. https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If errors are found, screenshot and upload to imgur.com or any sharing site and send us the link.

    2. Enable debug and debug log, check the log file and let us know what you find. Here is how. https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-set-up-wordpress-error-logs-in-wp-config/
