Pagebuilder Redirects to Posts Page when Adding Icon or Text

I have just updated the Page Builder Plugin and now when I try to add an Icon item into the Page Builder as soon as I hit save on the new text window it redirects me to the posts page?
Have disabled other Plugins to check for compatibility without any luck.
The theme is Circles 3.9 by Themesmack

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi

    a. Please head to Dashboard > Updates and check that no updates are pending for anything.
    b. Please ensure you test with all non-SiteOrigin plugins de-activated at one time.
    c. Please try test with Twenty Fourteen or any of the default WordPress themes.
    d. Check to see if there are any JS errors in the Console when the issue appears: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors

    Hi Andrew,

Many thanks for the tips to get this sorted. I have tried all of the above methods with the exception of c). The reason is that the theme that I am using Circles 3.9 has the page builder functionality built right in. So if I change the theme I lose the ability to test the same issue. I know that another user had the same issue a while back with the same theme did you ever get that resolved? https://siteorigin.com/thread/page-builder-text-item-redirects-to-posts-page/. I can create some temp login details if that helps?

    Thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    For sure.

Please send through a set of temporary login details to [email protected] and I’ll take a look. Please ensure the account is Administrator and that there is a link back to this thread included in the email.

SiteOrigin’s Page Builder plugin is theme independent, so if yours looks tied into the theme it’s possible that the plugin has been forked. Let me take a look though and I’ll let you know.

Seems to be some jquery issue or php parsing the javascript?

Nevermind, FIgured this one out. The theme needed to be updated to work properly with wordpress 3.9. After an update it seems to be working properly now.

    Thanks very much!
