PageBuilder plugin not allowing editing

Hello,

I am getting an error page whenever I try to edit any of my posts/pages/products. I have deactivated all plugins, reactivated them one-by-one, and discovered that the problem is resolved only when PageBuilder is turned off.

Even when PageBuilder is the ONLY active plugin, the problem persists. I have tried switching to a default theme and also clearing my cache after deactivating other plugins, and the only way to fix this issue seems to be by turning off PageBuilder.

Can you please help? My site relies heavily on PageBuilder but I can’t edit anything when it’s activated!

    Hi Wildship,

Could you please elaborate on what the error you’re receiving is? If you can’t see an error, see a browser error message or you see a blank page on save, try temporarily enabling WP_DEBUG – you’ll need to edit wp-config.php to do this. Once enabled, replicate the issue again and you should see the full error message.

    Hi Wildship,

Thank you for the login details.

I’ve run a number of tests and wasn’t able to come up with any reason as to why this may be happening. I also ran off server tests with your website and didn’t experience this issue. As such, I suspect this issue relates to a server setting. Can you please contact your hosting provider and ask them if they have any idea what may be happening. I suspect this issue is caused by overly sensitive mod_security rules.

    Please disable WP_DEBUG.
