PageBuilder pages showing up as Gutenberg blocks

I have used Page Builder for years on several sites. On my current site when I attempt to edit a page everything shows up as Gutenburg blocks even though the page was built in Page Builder. What happened and how do I fix it?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

    By default Page Builder loads pages not built in the Block Editor in the Classic Editor without the need for the Classic Editor plugin. It sounds like an error or conflict has occurred that has disrupted this normal behavior. Please, try installing the Classic Editor plugin from PluginsAdd New and try re-opening one of the pages in question. Any change?
