You can perhaps try to diagnose the issue directly by checking the browser console. Here is how https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If errors are present they’ll be printed in red text. The file path will be on the right, hovering over the file path will display the full path showing the plugin or theme name.
