Pagebuilder not working

Pagebuilder will not load properly on our website. It tells us that we have to load the pro version. We can edit some widgets if we use html, but others will not update edits to show on the website.
We have the latest free version. We have done a restore of a backup as well as checking all our plugins and it still won’t work. We have had no problems until this week.

    A Google search of WordPress errors came up with a result that showed that there may be an error in the javascript. We followed the instructions and it solved our problem. Sorry we didn’t keep the exact details.
