PageBuilder not working

Hi,

I don’t know why but my PageBuilder in SiteOrigin (free) is not working. I have all pages and posts built using the builder but from a about 2 weeks it has stopped working. My website is www.bumperball.pl. It happens to existing pages and new ones I want to create. I open a PageBuilder, add a row and widget. I open the widget window and it seems to be loading forever. Does anyone have a similar issue? Please advise as I am not able to write new posts and create new pages.

    Hi Piotr,

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    if the above doesn’t help, you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I tried what you suggested but it didn’t solve the problem. I also noticed that the issue happened right after I had installed https via Cloudflare.com. Unistalling the Cloudflare resulted in Page Builder working again. Yurray! However, I still would want to use https from Cloudflare. Can you advise any solution to maintain Cloudflare and have Page Builder working?

    Hi Piotr,

    That’s odd. There are no known conflicts between the two so I suspect something else is the cause interfering with that change. Can you please temporarily reinstall CloudFlare so I can inspect the results? I’ll be able to compare them to your current (working) setup so I should be able to easily spot any differences.

    You’ve linked to the same thread – was that intentional?

    Regardless, yes, please run the tests. A couple of people may have faced similar issues in the past but the vast majority of our users are able to use CloudFlare without issue. This suggests there’s something specific to your environment causing this issue.

    What do you mean by “reinstall CouldFlare”?

    Hi Piotr,

    This is going to sound blunt, but your issue is isolated and not widespread. There are no known widespread issues with CloudFlare. In other words, there are no known conflicts between CloudFlare and our products.

    By reinstall, I mean please redo what you undid to CloudFlare to resolve this issue so I can inspect the resulting issue (in comparison to the working website) so I can work out why you’re website is having issues specifically.
