Pagebuilder not showing up on editor but shows installed

Last week my wordpress site crashed when I was deleting plugins I no longer needed. I didn’t notice this when my service provider fixed it but now when I try to use pagebuilder it isn’t showing up as an option, though it is installed. I’ve deactivated it and reactivated it and it still doesn’t work.

Any ideas?

To clarify… the Pagebuilder Tab is missing from my pages.

    Hi Amy

There are 2 things you should check here. Firstly, make sure that you’re using the plugin “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” – there are other page builder plugins out there that might work slightly differently.

Secondly, makes sure that you have Page Builder enabled for pages. It should be enable by default, but navigate to Settings > Page Builder to make sure that “Pages” is checked for the “Post Types” setting.

    Hi,
I’m a new user and I’m experiencing the same issue as Amy, the “Page Builder” tab is missing from my posts, pages and others.

I’ve checked both things: I’m using the plugin “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” and “Pages” is checked for the “Post Types” setting. Other settings are by default.

I’ve also disabled and uninstalled other similar plugins that may interfere with yours.

    Any ideas?

    Hi albert3d

Please open a new thread and I’ll do my best to get this resolved for you.

    Please also check:

    1. Dashboard >Updates. Run any available updates.
    2. Plugins: Temporarily de-activate all plugins not by SiteOrigin and see if there is a change.

Thank you for responding. Page builder is in enabled and I’ve checked each plugin, deactivated and reactivated. Page builder shows up at the very bottom of my editor as a grayed out section. Any other ideas?

Please also try de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once.

After that please open your browser console and check if there are any errors present.

I am having the same issue and have done everything recommended on this thread. No errors showed up when I ran an error report. Page Builder was working a couple of days ago! What do you recommend I do now?

Hello everybody, I’m coming here to spend a solution that I succeeded on my site . I had called Yoast plugin installed then just uninstalled it and boom! = ) Everything worked !

I got success in the search for solutions , through Firefox console that had the error in the JavaScript Yoast .

So that’s it. Stay with God and all the best to you !

Hi all, I have same issues. The plugin status is active, but the tab is gone. I have de-activated it and re-install it. None of step are responding at all. The tab has gone with no reason. I am going to mad now. BTW, here is our website:www.yottafun.net.

    Thanks for help.

Yes I have this problem, I originally was using chrome to update my website then something happened and the plugin crashed. i looked at several settings which did nothing then put in an exception into the browser which sorted the problem.

then i had the same issue but i’ve changed to internet explorer where i don’t seem to have the problem. i tried disabling extensions but made no difference. Is there an update to this problem?
