Pagebuilder not showing up on editor but shows installed

Last week my wordpress site crashed when I was deleting plugins I no longer needed. I didn’t notice this when my service provider fixed it but now when I try to use pagebuilder it isn’t showing up as an option, though it is installed. I’ve deactivated it and reactivated it and it still doesn’t work.…
