Hi, I’ve used PageBuilder on my WordPress site for a couple years now and been happy with it, but the past few days it won’t load. I go to open a page either through being logged in and clicking on Edit Page of the page I am on or finding the page in the dashboard list of pages. It opens fine, but then when I click on a box to edit anything, it looks like a box of the text or picture is about to open but is just waiting to load, but I just wait and wait and it doesn’t load. I’ve tried this on multiple pages.
The only think I can think of that’s changed recently is we added a bunch of photos onto another page, and maybe that’s taking up more memory or something??? I’m (obviously) not a designer but do the basic updates on our site using PageBuilder and need to get this fixed asap.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
It’s unlikely this is a memory issue or it would be slightly more apparent – the page itself will appear to be half loaded (you’ll see a very large grey area).
