Pagebuilder Not Loading on Page

Hello,

I cannot get pagebuilder to load on my page. I was using it, and it just stopped displaying editing options and appears as a regular page with only ‘live preview’ showing at the top.

So far I have:
Disabled plugins to determine if conflicts exist.
Flushed Cache in wordpress:
Created a new admin user:
Cleared internet cache:
Tried both chrome and firefox:

Nothing has worked.

Please advise if there are any potential solutions I haven’t tried?

    Hi Taramapes,

    Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader is causing issues for certain people. Are you using Cloudflare / Rocket Loader? If so, please exclude WP Admin from Cloudflare. The linked article title isn’t directly related to this error, but the provided instructions in the article will tell you how to disable Cloudflare in the WP Admin directory.

    If that doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

    Hi Alex, I am not using Rocket Loader, I’ve created the user and enabled ‘send password’.
    I appreciate it!

    Hi Tara,

    Unfortunately, you’re not actually using our Page Builder – you’re using Beaver Builder. I’ve done a quick search and it appears as though you’re not using any of plugins. I suspect you’ve mistaken us. I would reach out to Beaver Builder to see if they have any ideas.
