PageBuilder not allowing more than 1 column or displaying properly

7 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 7 years ago

Hi there,
I’ve been troubleshooting PageBuilder because it wasn’t loading properly, and I managed to figure out the plugin that was interfering with it (Sassy Social Share), so I deactivated that, and it seemed to be working fine when I reactivated all of the plugins I deactivated this morning. But now I’m seeing that when I try to add a column (either through the right toolbar of adding a 2 column module or by clicking the box to add a second column into an existing row/module), it is adding the column vertically instead of horizontally as a second column. It’s also not displaying properly internally, with the whole page not being in use in some places. I’m really not sure if it was like that before, as we have not updated our site for a while because of the previous issue, but everything is now back to how it has been minus the social media plugin.

Anybody have any ideas of why this might be happening or what I can do? (I’m not a web designer, and we don’t have anyone else on staff who is, but I can do basic troubleshooting and can follow directions, if this is something I can do on my own!)

Our website is yeacamp.org if that helps.

Thanks so much,
Nora

    Hi Nora

Thanks for reaching out. Has the issue persisted? Is there any change if you reload the page in the WordPress admin?
