PageBuilder Layout Widgets Disappearing!

Hi,

I have most current WP version, re-installed. Plugin deactivated and then activated.

While working on a page with a number of widgets and rows, when I go from page builder to text or visual editor and then back again, all of the widgets have disappeared from the layout. All the rows are there but blank.

I’ve tried restoring to previous page versions but still is blank. On some pages that only have a few rows or widgets, they come back after a few seconds or minutes. But not if they’ve got more than two rows.

Help?

    Hi T2c,

    We do not recommend using Revert to Editor unless you no longer plan on using SiteOrigin Page Builder on the current page. The Page Builder to WordPress Conversion (and vice versa) isn’t perfect and data can be lost in the conversion – this is especially true for when it comes to layout builders.
