PageBuilder doesnt show in editor

Hi, for some reason PB isn’t displayed in my editor anymore, I only get lines and lines of code, can’t even switch between text and visual. Browser diagnosis gives me the following error messages for the page:

layout.js:10 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).live is not a function

Also none of the images within widgets are being displayed. Thank you for your help!

    Hi Jan

    You should be able to patch the issue using the plugin jQuery Migrate Helper. The plugin will let you know which plugin or theme is producing the error that’s causing other plugins that rely on JavaScript, like Page Builder, to not function normally.

    Super, glad to hear you’re making progress. Kindly, reach out to the theme or plugin author involved and ask if they can attend via an update.

    There seems to be some issue with a theme by fruitful, will try to contact them. (…)/wp-content/themes/fruitful/inc/metaboxes/js/layout/layout.js: jQuery.fn.live() is deprecated

    Thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear you’ve located the issue. The theme is relying on a function that was removed in the WordPress core. Hopefully, they can adjust the function to an alternative via a theme update.
