PageBuilder does not save after editing text in Pulse Side Tab Widget

Hi,
I purchased this template from Themeforest (https://themeforest.net/item/pulse-academic-personal-vcard-wordpress-theme/13472101),
I have installed (https://olawaleoloye.com/?section=1) according to instructions and everything seems fine except for a particular widget. I have tried multiple times to edit the Bio., Hobbies, and Fact TAB, this would not save on the file, unlike other pages which works perfectly okay.
Please are you able to help me check if there is issue with the theme or the server? I strongly feel this particular widget is not communicating with the DB, so it does not save the edit on DB file.
I am happy to create a Private Account on the WP, so someone can help me fix the issue.

    When the issue occurs, please, check the browser console for errors. If there are errors present they will be in red. Here is how to check the console https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If you’d like to send us a screenshot you can do so by upload it to imgur.com or any cloud sharing site and then send the link.
