Hello,
I moved yesterday night to a new server at my hoster. New on this server is, that they use SSD hard discs. I have more memory_limit und more space. PHP 7.1 is running as on the old server.
Problems Frontend:
the content has has left and right a margin and the mobile menu do not work.
Problems Backend:
Pagebuilder is not loading. Also if I try live editor or edit homepage.
Even the Visual Editor of WordPress is not loading or show the content.
The import of the database worked without any errors in phpmyadmin. I upload the backup of my WP-Installtion to the new server, edit the wp-config and it works.
The console show a lot of js-errors on the empty customizer site and also on the page site.
Most errors are:
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
Do you have some idea/advise how can I fix this issues? I cant work on my website.

Thanks for your support

update:
deactivated all plugins and de- and installed pagebuilder.
not solved!

I installed some other themes and the customizer works properly but pagebuilder still not.
Is that a theme issue?
theme north :)
Hi Andreas,
Can you please clarify what migration method was used? I’m specifically wondering if you ran a search and replace for any urls as this can and will break serialized data. Also, are new pages still broken or is it only pages prior to the migration effected?
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
This is a private message.
Hi Alex,
thanks for replay
I installed yesterday WP and all plugins new. Running the repair.php to repair and optimize the database of WP but nothing changed.
I logged in wp backend this morning and no idea why but it worked, customizer and pagebuilder. In beginning the backend was very slow but now everything is working properly. No idea whats going on there.
Thanks anyway for your help. You guys doing a great job :)
Greetings
… to answer your question anyway
I did it manuel not with a tool
I upload a copy of my wp installation via ftp to the new server, changed wp-config.php and imported the database.
Hi Andreas,
That’s odd. Well, the important thing is everything is working without issue now. Let me know if any issues return and we’ll pick this back up.
