Hi. I deactivated all plugins but pagebuilder is still not showing up. Please help! THanks.
Hi Marc
Thanks for posting.
If you’re missing the Page Builder tab, is the problem perhaps that you’re now working in the Block Editor interface? If so, try installing the Classic Editor plugin from PluginsAdd Newuse the search form top right to search for and install Classic Editor.
Hi Andrew. Thanks. I have Classic Editor already installed. I've turned all plugins off and on, cleared cache, no luck.
My Live Editor doesn't work any moreāit takes me to Edit Work view.
And when I go to Theme Options my header, content, footer are all blank.
Thanks.
Hi Marc. Please, check for a working baseline by temporarily changing to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and deactivating all plugins except for the Classic Editor and Page Builder. At this point, check Page Builder. This will tell you if a working baseline is available or not.
(The main purpose of the test is to see if the problem resolves with all other plugins deactivated, not to turn them off and on. Hope that helps.)
Hi Andrew. I just activated the two plugins and switched to Twenty Nineteen… and hit ‘Edit Page’ at top. There are no Pagebuilder options available on the page when I do this.
In this default position, if the Page Builder tab isn’t present next to the Visual and Text tabs, try checking for JavaScript errors using your browser. If found, let us know what those are.
