Pagebuilder crashes my home page

Since the past few weeks, the page builder plugin I used to create my home page teachmehana.com is not working properly.
This means that the icons and tiles I had created have dont appear properly because I have to keep it deactivated.
The error I am getting is as below on this homepage when I activate the plugin:
