Pagebuilder compatibility issue

7 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 7 years ago

Hello

I’m using SiteOrigine Page Builder plugin (2.8.2) for years on a website.
Since the last Wordress update (4.9.8), page or post updates don’t appear on the front end however it’s ok on the back end.
When SiteOrigine Page Builder plugin is desactivated, updates are ok on the front end but the layout of both pages and posts is broken.
Can you help me please ?
Thank you.
Thierry

    Hi Thierry

Thanks for reaching out. The most common cause for updates appearing while logged in and not logged out is caching. Are you using a caching plugin or is there perhaps caching added by your host? If so, try clearing your cache and see if changes reflect.

If that doesn’t help, try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle if you have it installed. Is there any change?

    Hi Andrew
Thank you very much for your response.
It should be the cache because all is ok now. I think it came from the host.
    Best regards
    Thierry
