PageBuilder changes are not saving?

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

Hi there,

I have a website which I’m using SiteOrigin PageBuilder and everytime I go to update the page with my new changes, it does not save. Going back into the page and the older text / widgets are still there.

I have tried disabling all plugins except for this one but the issue still occurs.

Any idea what it could be? I have the latest version installed on the latest version of WordPress.

Thanks

    Hi Viper,

This problem sounds like it might be a caching issue. The first thing to check is server-side caching through plugins like W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, etc. If you don’t, do you have any direct server side caching? If you’re not too sure, I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider. If you have any of these caching/performance plugins installed, try clearing their cache and see if that helps.

It might also be browser cache. Try clearing your browser cache, and then refreshing the page to see if that helps.

You can read more about this sort of issue on the WordPress codex.
