Hi, Love the Pagebuilder plugin however, the box format recently disappeared from the edit area on my WordPress site leaving me with just text or code. Even if I edit these, the changes fail to appear on the site itself. I disabled the plugin which left me with a completely different and unsatisfactory layout. Then I reactivated the plugin and it reverted to the same problem Would really appreciate some thoughts and help. Much appreciated. Mark

Do you happen to use a Theme Trust or a ThinkUpTheme? Both use forks (a version based on our code but not actively developed by us) of SiteOrigin Page Builder that have reported faults with the latest version of WordPress. We recommend directly contacting those theme developers if you’re using any of their themes that come bundled with a forked page builder.
Please ensure you’re using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder installed. If you are, let’s try a plugin conflict test.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Oh, and please do not make edits to the editor when Page Builder fails to load as this could cause the page builder data to be lost for that page.
