Hello,

i’m using PageBuilder + Bundle + Woocommerce together with a plugin called “German Market”. So i activated a function in the German Market Plugin which sends out an extra email for informations about payment by debit. But the email looks really strange: Header and footer are ok but the content of the email is overwritten by the content of my main webpage. Really strange.

When I deacitvate PageBuilder the function works as it is supposed to.

What can case this behavior? All other “standart” Woocommerce Emails work just fine.

Pagebuilder 2.5.16 + Woocommerce 3.2.5 with Twenty Twelve Child Theme.

Any help would be great!

Best regards Simon

    Hi Simon,

To confirm, does this issue occur if you temporarily change to the parent theme? If it does, I’ll log this as a bug in our issue tracker.

    Hi Simon,

Thank you for confirming – I’ve logged this in our issue tracker. I recommend also reporting this issue to the developers of the German Market plugin also.

    Hello Alex,

the developer of the other plugin found out, what caused the problem. He said the problem is caused by the way Pagebuilder uses the Filter ‘the_content’. But they found a way to deactivate it and we’re able to solve my problem with a fix.

    Best regards

    Simon
