Spanning a title across multiple columns

As the title suggests, I am attempting to span a section title across multiple columns. The first with a single column the second with 4 columns then applying my content and title as required.

For each page, I was trying to set a Hero Image as the page header. Any actions to correct an issue in one section, when eventually successful, push the issue further down the page.

remove extra banner at the top

Hi I have a first page live at http://www.italmotors.co.uk I seem to have two banners at the top how do i remove the sample banner ? Many Thanks Neil
