Problem with editing panel

For some reason my side panel to edit does not view the options to edit like in the tutorials instead it says in place of text size, text color, etc. , anyone know how to fix this?

I am creating a new page in Page Builder. I click on “Add widget”. I choose the MailChimp widget (Displays MailChimp form). Then I click “Edit”. The “MailChimp Form Action:” field is empty. What do I need to insert here…
