How can I edit title alignment of Editor widget?

I want to make the alignment center of the title of editor widget and need the only headline without Sub headline and Divider. Is it possible? If yes then how can I do that?

Hello, It is possible to remove the UNDERLINE on the SiteOrigin Headline widget hover function? It is sufficient for me to have the hover text change colour. Thanks.
