changing navigation through older/newer posts

hi thank you for your beautiful theme is there any way to change the navigation through older/newer posts to arrows like this theme http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/autofocus/ instead of the “older post” / “newer post” button?

Vantage Theme – add menu icons but the images don’t appear

Hi, I’ve recently published my site with the Vantage premium theme. The menu icons stop displaying correctly today and I have no idea why.. Where the menu icon should be, there’s this square with characters in them. Not sure what…
